Caroline is a Director at Risa Heller Communications and joined the firm in May 2023. Most recently, she worked at a public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., where she developed and executed digital strategies for government agencies.

Prior to that, Caroline was the Deputy Director of Digital Media for U.S. Senator Charles Schumer and helped lead digital and social media efforts for the Senator and the U.S. Senate Democrats. Before politics, she held digital and marketing roles in the media and nonprofit industries. Caroline graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Communications and Public Relations.
